There is a healing process that begins in the body during a fast. During a fast energy is diverted away from the digestive system due to its lack of use and towards the metabolism and immune system. Part of this phenomenon is caused by a number of the benefits mentioned above. A slower metabolic rate, more efficient protein production, an improved immune system, and the increased production of hormones contributes to this long-term benefit of fasting. In addition to the Human Growth Hormone that is released more frequently during a fast, an anti-aging hormone is also produced more efficiently. “The only reliable way to extend the lifespan of a mammal is under-nutrition without malnutrition.” A study was performed on earthworms that demonstrated the extension of life due to fasting. The experiment was performed in the 1930s by isolating one worm and putting it on a cycle of fasting and feeding. The isolated worm outlasted its relatives by 19 generations, while still maintaining its youthful physiological traits. The worm was able to survive on its own tissue for months. Once the size of the worm began to decrease, the scientists would resume feeding it at which point it showed great vigour and energy. “The life-span extension of these worms was the equivalent of keeping a man alive for 600 to 700 years.”

In conclusion, it seems that there are many reasons to consider fasting as a benefit to one’s health. The body rids itself of the toxins that have built up in our fat stores throughout the years. The body heals itself, repairs all the damaged organs during a fast. And finally there is good evidence to show that regulated fasting contributes to longer life.

At Lancaster University, they’re unraveling the secrets of how to build a universe. In fact, they have already formed one, or something very much like it. This scientific breakthrough lies in the bottom of a chamber no larger than your pinky finger, filled with helium and cooled to 0.0003 degrees Fahrenheit above absolute zero.

By placing helium in a state which most closely resembles the form it held at the beginning of the universe, scientists have created an opportunity for the gas to go through several low-energy evolutions. These defects in space-time, are represented by tiny whirlpools in the helium, which are created by the rapid expansion, and equally rapid slowing of the expansion; something that it’s believed our own universe did at the big bang and in the moments thereafter.

How, then, did our universe go from whirlpools that could fit in a thimble to galaxies larger than our imaginations can properly comprehend? Physicists, ever ready with their dry wit, have deemed these phenomena “inflation.” Nobody knows how this works or why, this happened; vast amounts of energy aren’t something you’d like to replicate in a lab. Black holes and supernovas aren’t pleasant lab partners. It’s quite evident to the researchers however, that inflation, or something very much like it took place and, lacking the ability to do field research of lab trials, they have built scale models. This is where the tiny galaxies come in.

The theory being presented by the physicists in Lancaster University is that inflation is the product of violent competition: a series of collisions between universes known as “3-branes;” a term related to string theory which I’m frankly not smart enough to explain to you. Suffice to say that our universe is one, because it exists in 3-5 dimensions.

What the string theorists claim is that in a collision of two 3-branes, or two different modes of pure helium like that containing the mini-galaxy, the universe will rapidly expand and stop instantly, mimicking the halting advance of the universe’s growth. Remarkably, when super cooled helium in different phases is mixed, it does exactly that: symmetries in the solution disappear, and aberrations form; the first step in several that lead to the forming of galaxies out of nothing. The secrets of the universe it seems, aren’t safe for long.

 The set I was looking for was Space Trilogy (‘Out of The Silent Planet’, ‘Perelandra’, and ‘That Hideous Strength’) but couldn’t find them. So maby I’m going to have to order those some other time. For now I’m going to read a few of his other material ‘The Lion The Witch And The Wardrobe’, ‘Prince Caspian’, ‘The Voyage Of The Dawn Treader’, ‘The Silver Chair’, ‘The Horse and His Boy’, ‘The Magicians Nephew’, and ‘The Last Battle’.  Yep I know its ‘The Chronicles of Narnia’ collection. The Space Trilogy could have been better.

According to a book by a psychoanalyst, Walter Langer, called The Mind of Hitler not only was Hitler supported by the Rothschilds, he WAS a Rothschild.

“Adolf’s father, Alois Hitler, was the illegitimate son of Maria Anna Schicklgruber. (an Austrian document was) prepared that proved Maria Anna Schicklgruber was living in Vienna at the time she conceived. At that time she was employed as a servant in the home of Baron Rothschild. As soon as the family discovered her pregnancy she was sent back home… where Alois was born.”

So which Rothschild was the grandfather of Hitler? My thanks to a website correspondent for the additional, updated, information to this article, a man has researched this story in some detail. Alois, Hitler’s father, was born in 1837 in the period when Salomon Mayer was the only Rothschild who lived at the Vienna mansion. Even his wife did not live there because their marriage was so bad that she stayed in Frankfurt. Their son, Anselm Salomon spent most of his working life in Paris and Frankfurt away from Vienna and his father.

Father Salomon Mayer Rothschild, living alone at the Vienna mansion where Hitler’s grandmother worked, is the prime, most obvious candidate. And Hermann von Goldschmidt, the son of Salomon Mayer’s senior clerk, wrote a book, published in 1917, which said of Salomon:

“…by the 1840s he had developed a somewhat reckless enthusiasm for young girls..”

and

“He had a lecherous passion for very young girls, his adventures with whom had to be hushed up by the police.”

And Hitler’s grandmother, a young girl working under the same roof would not have been the subject of Salomon’s desire? And this same girl became pregnant while working there? And her grandson becomes the Chancellor of Germany, funded by the Rothschilds, and he started the Second World War which was so vital to the Rothschild-Illuminati agenda? And the Illuminati are obsessed with putting their bloodlines into power on all “sides” in a conflict? And the Rothschilds are one of their most key bloodlines? And it is all a co-incidence?

This guy must do alot of research on this stuff.  The first time I watched this it was neat but after watching it the second time It was a little clearer. At 1 hour 15 minutes into the documentary he says:

‘They tried to leave the planet but couldnt do it because of the Stargate around the Earth. They realized they were trapped… so John Dee contacted the beings known as the Macrobes (pan dimentional beings). He was told that to get the key to get out of the Stargate they needed to do 2 things:

1. The first thing has to be in two parts..and that was How to make matter from energy. But they first had to know how to release energy from matter in order for them to learn how to make matter from energy.

• Remember when J.Robert Oppenheimer split the atom? that was phase 1 (releasing energy from matter)
• Phase 2 making matter from energy. Theres Bell Labs and  Cern that have been working on projects like this. Cern made a Large Hadron Collider ($9 billion particle accelerator)
